Village Creative Dance in Newark, OH, is looking for a dynamic and dedicated instructor to join our dance community for the 2024-2025 season. RESPONSIBILITIES: As an instructor, you will play a vital role in expanding our programs and helping our students grow. Your responsibilities include:
Share the Joy: Bring energy and passion to each class, sharing the joy of movement with every student.
Curriculum Alignment: Plan class content in alignment with our studio's curriculum, ensuring a well-rounded dance education.
Technical Excellence: Select appropriate music and create progressions that reinforce a strong technical foundation.
Foster Confidence: Cultivate confidence and accountability in all students.
Effective Communication: Demonstrate movements clearly, articulate instructions verbally, and provide constructive feedback for proper execution.
Safe and Positive Environment: Maintain a safe, positive, and structured environment that allows students to flourish.
